I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh at Picture and Art Warehouse in Bundall, Queensland, to frame some extremely rare and valuable pieces. Josh’s service was exceptional from start to finish. He handled my items with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that the final product was nothing short of perfect.

The quality of the framing is unparalleled. Josh used specialised art glass for my Pokémon items, which needed to be presented in museum quality. The clarity and minimal reflection of the glass truly showcase the artwork beautifully. Each frame was perfectly sealed with tape along the back to ensure a vacuum seal, preserving the integrity of the pieces.

For my Pokémon items, it was crucial that the artwork was raised from the back and had no contact with any adhesive or glue. Josh worked meticulously to customise the frame, using a Perspex wedge to mount the items securely without compromising their condition. His patience and dedication to tailoring the frames to my specific needs were evident throughout the process.

Additionally, Josh framed an original piece that I created, and his craftsmanship was flawless. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the framing met a high standard. Josh’s communication was excellent, and he made sure I was satisfied with every detail.

We came here to get five pictures framed. 2 of them were my sister’s and 1 of them was a huge scripture that we wanted to hang up, and the other two were previously framed somewhere else and reframed here. We were going to send my sister’s paintings as a Father’s Day gift and it was such an amazing experience! The owners of the shop are super nice and kind and the prices are super affordable! The frames looked incredible and the work was done so professionally.
